Oxytocin- This is also known as “love-hormone”. It has powers to regulate emotions and behaviours including trust, empathy, sympathy, communication etc. it helps to lower stress and anxiety in your body. Cuddling is the best way to trigger the release of oxytocin in your body.
Endorphins–When you exercise, the body releases chemicals called endorphins. Which interact with the receptors in the brain which reduces the perception of pain. It generates a positive feeling in the body. The best way to trigger this hormone is to laugh and exercise. It automatically generates the feeling-good chemical. The body feels good automatically or say allied activities becomes conscious. For example you would never light a cigarette after you finish your workout. This is an act of endorphin hormone.
